Villa Tia Nena boasts an excellent location in Vilamoura, situated near the Old Village Vilamoura, and just 3.5 km (5 minutes by car) from Vilamoura Marina with its restaurants and cosmopolitan amenities. There is also a supermarket and a small restaurant within walking distance, and Vilamoura beach is 5 km away. This recently renovated family-sized villa is built on two floors – with 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, a kitchen and living room on the first floor, which is also the floor where the main entrance is located. The modern living room features large, comfortable sofas, clean décor, light tones and elegant furniture, with an open-plan dining area that opens onto the terrace. The lower floor provides access to the garden, swimming pool and BBQ area, ideal for preparing summer meals outdoors on the covered patio.
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per person per night. The tax is payable for up to 7 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.
