Villa Rose I is situated on top of a hill, among vineyards, olive groves and almond trees. It has one of the most spectacular views of the Douro valley, in a peaceful environment. It dates from the 17th century and was restored to the highest standard in 1992 with many of the
original features maintained.
It has a maximum capacity for 8 people, spread over two double and two twin bedrooms, all en suite. With a double living room with carved and painted ceilings, dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen, there are ample spaces that invite conviviality.
The pool is 4m x 12m and has a stunning view over the Douro Valley. The house's garden has an outdoor area with a dining area with BBQ and a fountain made from an old olive press.
