The property is accessible via a rural path, through iron gates leading to the land and parking area. The villas are close to each other and as they are built on different levels they offer a lot of privacy.
Each house has a charming rustic feel, both have modern design and furnishings and include numerous home comforts such as electric shutters, underfloor heating, cable/plasma TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.
Casa Ariolos I is considered the main house as it is built on the upper level. Access is via steps from the garden to the double wooden front door and there is also a special elevator for people with reduced mobility. Outside there is a lovely old stone fountain that is 150 years old.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and an open space dining room. A comfortable lounge with fireplace, large sofas, Plasma TV and DVD player. The rooms are divided into 2 double bedrooms with doors leading onto the terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 double bedroom with private bathroom.
