Quinta do Luar is the main house and is located in the center of the Quinta and has panoramic views over the valley and neighboring hills.
It was rebuilt in 2012, maintaining two independent floors for separate rentals and combining the comfort of modern times with the essential characteristics of an 18th century manor house.
The 1st floor, with a maximum capacity for 8 people, consists of:
→ Two double bedrooms, with private bathroom;
→ Two twin bedrooms, with private bathroom;
→ Large living room with TV, fireplace and card table;
→ A large dining room;
→ Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher;
→ Central heating is available for €75 and an additional daily cost of €25;
The ground floor has a maximum capacity for 11 people and consists of:
→ A living room with TV;
→ A dining room;
→ Two suites, with private bathroom, (one double and one twin)
→ A double room;
→ 1 single room;
→ Two twin bedrooms (for small adults or children);
→ Two shared bathrooms;
→ Fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher.
In the surroundings of the house, you can find:
→ Outdoor leisure areas, with natural shade and views of the valley;
→ Charming gardens;
→ Shared swimming pool (12 * 6 m) with Casa do Luar and Casa Da Fruta.
