General Conditions Apartments

 Check in from 5pm and check out until 11am for cleaning purposes.

 For late arrivals, please inform our reservation department in advance.
 Animals are not permitted in our accommodations.
When checking in, a deposit is required, depending on the type of accommodation
unit: Apartments: Studios - 200€; 1 bed. apt. - 300€; 2 bed. apt. - 400€; 3 bed. apt. - 500€.

The deposit will be returned when delivering the key and after the accommodation

inspection.

 If detected during the stay that the maximum capacity has been exceeded, there will be a charge of an additional 20% of the daily rate for each guest who exceeds this capacity.
Cot: 5€ / night (from June until September).
Towel change: on stays longer than 6 nights except Saturdays, Sundays and bank
holidays.

Minimum night stays: A season (2 nights); B season (3 nights);
C season (5 nights); D season (7 nights)

Cancellations:

- If cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival day, there is no penalty charge.

- Cancelling later (less than 15 days) or in the case of a «no show», the deposit

amount will not be refunded.
