This exclusive three-bedroom villa, close to the prestigious green of the famous 16th hole of the Royal Vale Do Lobo Golf Course and where the attractive sea views are also one of the strong points of this property.

 
This villa is a mix of modern luxury and summer-style elegance, it has a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, game console, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

 
At the entrance to the property there is a charming Mexican style patio ´La Finca´ with seating area and fountain. There is a terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and also the option of a gas barbecue for al fresco dining. A staircase leads to the terrace with seating area, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views.

 
Situated within walking distance of the beach and just 400m from the center of Vale Do Lobo, providing excellent access to all amenities including golf courses, tennis, bars, clubs and restaurants.

 
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
