Situated in the countryside of Estoi, in an idyllic setting where you can relax in the privacy of your own grounds, Casa Ariolos I & II are two 3-bedroom houses that share a swimming pool and can be rented individually or together for larger families or groups. The property is accessed via a country lane, through iron gates that lead to the grounds and parking area. The houses are close to each other and as they are built on different levels they offer plenty of privacy.

 
Each home has a charming rustic feel, both have modern design and furnishings and include many home comforts such as electric shutters, underfloor heating, cable/plasma TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

 
Casa Ariolos I is considered the main house as it is built on the upper level. Access is via steps from the garden to the double wooden front door and there is also a special lift for people with reduced mobility. Outside there is a lovely old stone fountain that is 150 years old.

 
It has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan dining room. A comfortable lounge with fireplace, large sofas, Plasma TV and DVD player. The bedrooms are divided into 2 double bedrooms with doors leading to the terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

 
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €1,50 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
