In the mid 20th century Sintra beaches area became an exclusive estate season property location and this is Atlantic Pines origin as well. It was bought by the present owners and then recently underwent reconstruction works that maintained its original features and character present in the architectural details and hand painted tiles and glass work. It is now an elegant and comfortable accommodation skillfully combining the original features with modern design and author pieces and materials.

The property comprises one main building, the main house and the stables that are now converted into comfortable modern and spacious suites.

We can find two pools, a heatable relaxation pool and the main pool. The pool house by the main pool has a covered area and adjoining kitchen and bbq inviting alfresco meals.

The property within its extensive grounds offers several relaxation areas, an orchard, with various types of fruit trees, an umbrella pines area for shade in the warmer time, a well kept mature garden and lawn, a tennis court and a children's play area. Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais are close and easily accessible. Various beaches nearby.
