The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, There is a spacious dining area. The villa features WIFI, Air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms

Lounge area with A/C,  Flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player, Dining facilities , Sofas, scatter cube seating. The kitchen is also on ground floor and has dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, table and chairs
There is also a utility area on the ground floor with washing machine.
There are  2 twin bedrooms with patio doors A/C units and patio doors. There is 1 x shower room with WC and washbasin . There is also a support WC with single washbasin.

 

First floor:
1 Twin bedroom with en-suite : A/C unit , Patio doors , Balcony, Bath with overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
1 Double bedroom  with en-suite: A/C with Jacuzzi bath, shower, WC, Twin washbasin, Bidet

Additional Information - Towel change 1 x per week - 1 hight chair and 1 travel cot free on request - Linen change every 8 days. - Maximum capacity: 10 adults & 1baby. - There is a damage deposit of 350€ - Arrival day is a Saturday - Other days on request Payment Conditions: - 30% of the total amount due, paid 1 week after booking confirmation date - 70% - due 6 weeks before arrival day
